Prerequisite: CNO certification is required before applying for CME. You must hold a valid NSC-CNO-XXXX cert number to submit this application. If you don't have one yet, take the CNO assessment first.

Document each node in your deployment. Minimum 3 nodes required. For each node, provide device details, firmware version, assigned role, and location type.
Upload a diagram showing node placement and connections. Hand-drawn, whiteboard photo, or digital — all accepted. The diagram should show intentional design, not random placement.
